- GEOMI allows co-visualisation of interaction data with other proteomic characteristics.
- The Interactorium can to display very large networks and also offers an alternative Virtual Cell view of the interactome.
- GlycoViewer is a web-based tool that can visualise, summarise and compare up to hundreds of glycan structures.
We are continually developing on two different network visualisation platforms. Both GEOMI and the Interactorium allow navigation of the visualised networks in 3D space.
