We are continually developing two different network visualisation platforms:
- GEOMI, which allows co-visualisation of interaction data with other proteomic characteristics.
- The Interactorium, which is able to display very large networks and offers an alternative Virtual Cell view of the interactome.
Both platforms allow navigation of the visualised networks in 3D space.
